Who it’s for

Social media advertising for businesses that need leads, not followers.

Paid social works differently for two kinds of businesses. Both need the same thing: to know which ads brought in paying customers.

B2B businesses

Your buyers aren’t searching for you yet. They're busy people at specific companies. LinkedIn puts your message in front of the right roles, at the companies you actually want to sell to.

  • Targeting by role, industry, company size and named accounts
  • Audiences built from your customer and prospect lists
  • Leads tracked to pipeline in your CRM

Local & home service businesses

Most people who visit your site don’t call the first time. Facebook and Instagram ads keep you in front of them, and in front of homeowners in your service area before they need you.

  • Ads shown only within your service area
  • Retargeting people who visited but didn’t call
  • Calls and forms tracked to paying jobs

Why paid social “doesn’t work”

Four places paid social budgets leak before a single sale.

Social ads rarely fail because of the platform. They fail because they’re set up to chase the wrong result.

Paying for likes

Boosted posts and engagement campaigns get cheap reactions. The platform delivers exactly what you asked for, and none of it becomes a customer.

The fix: campaigns optimised for qualified leads, not engagement.

The wrong audience

Interest targeting that’s too broad reaches people who’ll never buy. Too narrow, and the same few people see the same ad until they tune it out.

The fix: audiences from your customer data, with frequency watched weekly.

Lead forms full of junk

One-tap lead forms make it easy to submit, so you get plenty of leads. Your sales team says most of them are useless.

The fix: qualifying questions and lead quality reviewed with sales.

Trusting the platform's numbers

Every platform says it’s winning. LinkedIn and Meta both take credit for the same sale, and nobody checks the CRM.

The fix: results measured in your CRM, not the ad dashboard.

Paid social media marketing

Paid social media management, judged on revenue.

Strategy, set-up, ad copy, testing and reporting, run by the same person from start to finish.

Where the ads run

LinkedIn Ads management, plus Facebook & Instagram

LinkedIn: sponsored content, lead gen forms and message ads, targeted by role, industry and company. Meta: campaigns for local reach and retargeting, where your buyers actually spend time.

Only the channels where your buyers are.

Audiences from your data

Customer lists, website visitors and lookalikes of your best clients, not guesses typed into an audience builder.

Ad copy and creative testing

Ads written from your messaging, with new angles tested before the old ones wear out.

Tracking tied to pipeline

LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Conversions API and CRM connections, so you see revenue, not clicks.

Landing pages that match the ad

Every plan includes landing page work, so the click lands on a page built for that audience and offer.

Budget moved to what converts

Cut the audiences and ads that don’t pay. Put more into the ones that do. Every change explained in plain English.

Paid Social Media Strategy

Search catches active demand. Social finds the rest.

Google Ads captures the 3–5% of buyers searching right now. Paid social primes decision-makers before they search and retargets the visitors who leave without converting.

Pre-Search Authority: Target verified roles and build brand recall before buyers search.
Multi-Touch Retargeting: Re-engage the 90%+ of website visitors who browse but don't call.
Unified CRM Pipeline: Single dashboard reporting with zero double-counted conversions.

Social media paid advertising costs

How much does paid social media advertising cost?

Like any paid channel, there are two separate costs.

1. Your ad spend, paid to the platform

You set the budget and it’s billed directly by LinkedIn or Meta to your own card. LinkedIn clicks usually cost more than Facebook or Instagram clicks, because you’re paying to reach specific professionals. Meta is usually cheaper per click but needs tighter targeting to avoid the wrong people.

The right budget depends on your audience size and deal value. The free Leak Check gives you a recommendation before you commit.

2. The management fee

What you pay someone to run the channel: audiences, ads, testing, tracking, landing pages and reporting. Our fees are flat and published below: starting from $300 a month for Social Launch up to $950 a month for Social Performance.

Running paid social alongside Google Ads? That's two channels, covered by our Search + Social bundles starting from $500 a month.

FAQ

Questions worth answering up front.

Which social platform should I advertise on?

It depends on who buys from you. B2B businesses usually get the most from LinkedIn, because you can target by job title, industry and company. Local and home service businesses usually do better on Facebook and Instagram. Sometimes the honest answer is that search should come first, and the free Leak Check will tell you.

What does a paid social media strategy include?

Who you’re trying to reach, which platform they use, what you’ll say to them and what you’ll offer, how the audiences and budget are set up, and how results are tracked back to revenue. The Launch and Sprint deliver this before any ad goes live.

Are LinkedIn ads worth the higher cost?

For B2B businesses with a high deal value, often yes. LinkedIn clicks cost more, but you're paying to reach the exact roles and companies you sell to. What matters is cost per qualified lead and pipeline, not cost per click, which is why we track results in your CRM.

What counts as a channel?

Facebook and Instagram both run through Meta, so together they count as one channel. LinkedIn is one channel. Google and Microsoft Search together count as one. Retargeting under $500 a month on a second platform isn’t counted.

Should I run paid social and Google Ads together?

Often, yes. Search captures people already looking for you, and social reaches the right people before they search and brings back visitors who left. Local Growth and Growth both cover two channels and run them as one system.

Are landing pages included?

Paid social management plans focus on driving qualified traffic and send users to your existing website or landing pages. If you need dedicated high-converting landing pages built or existing pages revamped, we offer landing page copy ($150/page) and design ($250/page) packages. Full details are published on our pricing page.

Do you create the ad images and videos?

We write the ad copy and creative briefs, and run the testing. Dedicated creative production, like video shoots or a full design team, isn't included in any plan.

Should I boost Instagram posts or run paid ads on Instagram?

For leads, run ads. Boosting shows an existing Instagram or Facebook post to more people, usually optimised for likes and comments. Proper ad campaigns let you choose the goal, such as leads or website conversions, control the audience precisely, and test different ads against each other.

Is monthly management a contract?

No. It’s month to month with no minimum term. Give 30 days’ notice and it ends. There’s no early-termination fee.

Does my ad budget run through you?

No. The prices above are management fees only. Ad spend is billed directly by LinkedIn, Meta or Google to your own account and card, and stays under your control at all times.
