Welcome to ClieVox! We hate complicated legal jargon just as much as you do. Below are the rules of how we work together. By hiring us to manage your Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, you agree to these simple terms.
Our monthly invoice to you is strictly for our management fee (the cost of our team doing the work). You are solely responsible for paying the actual advertising costs (your "ad spend") directly to Google, Meta, Bing, or any other platform. We will set up your credit card inside your ad accounts, but you are liable for all charges those platforms make.
Unlike some shady agencies, we believe you should own what you pay for. Your Google Ads account, landing pages we build on your servers, and all your campaign data belong to you. If you ever leave us, we simply remove our manager access, and you keep everything.
We are very good at what we do, but marketing is never a sure thing. We guarantee we will work hard, apply proven strategies, and communicate honestly. However, we cannot guarantee a specific number of leads, a specific cost-per-click, or a specific amount of revenue. Markets change, competitors adjust, and people are unpredictable. Therefore, we do not offer refunds based on campaign performance.
Sometimes, platforms like Google or Facebook will pause or suspend an ad account because their automated bots flag a policy violation. This happens to the best businesses and is entirely out of our control. We will do everything in our power to appeal the decision and get your account turned back on, but we cannot be held financially liable for lost revenue while your account is suspended.
We use industry best practices and third-party software to minimize "click fraud" (when bots or competitors click your ads to waste your money). However, no system catches 100% of bad clicks. We are not liable for any ad spend that is wasted by fraudulent activity on these advertising networks.
PPC management is a partnership. If we need you to approve new ad copy, provide new photos, or fix something on your website, we need you to reply in a reasonable timeframe. If you completely ignore our emails for weeks, your campaign performance will suffer. In some cases, to protect your account's momentum, we may push small changes live without your explicit approval if we haven't heard from you.
We don't lock you into scary long-term contracts. Our services operate on a month-to-month basis. If you want to cancel, we simply ask for a 30-day written notice so we have time to properly pause your campaigns, send your final reports, and hand off the accounts cleanly. You will be billed for any management fees during that 30-day period.
To do our jobs, we need admin or standard access to your ad accounts, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and sometimes your website CMS (like WordPress). If you delay giving us access, it delays the launch of your campaigns, but your management fees still apply because our team has been reserved for your project.
We may update these terms occasionally. If we make a massive change that affects your billing or ownership, we will notify you immediately via email.
